Telephone System Maintenance Plans:
COMPLETE SERVICE PLAN:
Includes maintenance 24-hours a day. If malfunction cannot be corrected remotely, a technician will be dispatched to your location within 4 hours for emergencies and within 12 hours for non-emergencies. Includes emergency advanced parts replacement in addition to standard parts replacement.

BASIC SERVICE PLAN: Includes maintenance from 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If malfunction cannot be corrected remotely, a technician will be dispatched to your location no later than the next business day. Emergency maintenance is available 24-hours a day. If the problem cannot be corrected remotely, a technician will be dispatched to your location within 2 hours. Standard parts replacement.
