Nortel Telephone System Maintenance Plans:
COMPLETE SERVICE PLAN:
Includes equipment maintenance 24-hours a day. If malfunction cannot be corrected remotely, a technician will be dispatched to your location within 4 hours for emergencies and within 12 hours for non-emergencies. Includes emergency advanced parts replacement in addition to standard parts replacement. Service plans do not cover programming changes, recording greetings, changing names, etc., unless specifically written on your maintenance agreement.
BASIC SERVICE PLAN:
Includes equipment maintenance from 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If malfunction cannot be corrected remotely, a technician will be dispatched to your location no later than the next business day. Emergency maintenance is available 24-hours a day. If the problem cannot be corrected remotely, a technician will be dispatched to your location within 2 hours. Standard parts replacement. Service plans do not cover programming changes, recording greetings, changing names, etc., unless specifically written on your maintenance agreement.
